its all there... you will need a few specialized tools...

if you have not stripped the timing belt.. it is totally possible to carefully mark the various parts...  lock the cam sprockets together with some fender washers... and a 2 or 3 inch bolt with awing nut..  a washer at the top of the bolt.. a washer at the bottom of the bolt...    the top washer will hold fit between the cam sprockets at 2 O clock and 10 o clock...   the bottom washer will fit between the sprocket at 4 and 8 o clock.. do not over tighten... you will put dents in the sprockets...

do use some white out or paint marks on the sprockets belts..

only try this... if your engine still runs...  and you are changing the timing belt before it has stripped... and if you have some serious car repair experience behind your belt..
