Okay, so here's the deal.  Whenever it rains, the car won't start.  It turns over and over, but it won't start.  I try jumpstarting it, but no dice.  Once it stops raining and it's had a while to dry out, the car starts just fine.  I'd be more annoyed than anything else, but we're getting into the wet time of year.

What gives?
