"what is the best car/turck for me?" I thought I would just post a response to this topic.

The main thing to day is of course the fuel consumption of the world.. Sure we could ride bikes to work.. just to "fit" in with the way others want us to be. or take out old Betty and drive her to work everyday.. which just so happens to get about 9 mpg..

But I have another issue many neglect to figure into the question about.. "The size of you fitting into the size of the car/truck etc" In my case its not a size issue, but more a back issue.. if the seats where or are not comfortable for me.. I'll never step into the vehicle.

I recall once wanting a dream car.. but every time I went to the dealer and tried to sit in the new car for that year.. I couldn't make it past the cars door.. But one year.. I made it past the door, and actually sat down in the seat.. I couldn't believe it.. I was able to finally fit into.. A corvette..

Now take one year we had an opportunity to buy a VW jetta TDI which was getting more then 60 mpg from what I recall.. We had the car for less then a year.. Although gas mileage was fantastic.. the seats didn't live up to our expectation.. thus the car was trade in for something else.

So don't always trust what color something is.. or how fast it can go.. better see if you can fit in first..
