We purchased a brand new vehicle from Adam's Chevrolet in Havre de Grace, Maryland 15 months ago and I am sorry to say that it has been nothing short of a nightmare. These people were as nice as can be when the vehicle was purchased or when we had service done, but when it comes to warranty issues...look out. You will get the run-a-round, misleading promises to return your phone calls, lame excuses just to get you off the phone, and a sales manager that hangs up on you. GM headquarters was also contacted and complained to with no luck, as they just direct you back to the dealer to have the issue resolved and wash their hands of the situation. After 6 weeks of persistent phone calls and e-mails, we have finally been told in so many words that we are screwed and we were welcome to take legal action. We have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs and will also be contacting the Attorney General. These issues, (and yes, there is more than one), may never get resolved, but if I can prevent one person from having the same experience...then I have accomplished something. Who needs this stress and aggrevation in their life on top of everything else that is going on today? No wonder GM is doing so poorly. Neither GM or the dealer will stand behind a product that they sold. And if GM allows their dealerships to treat consumers in this manner, then they do not deserve to do business with honest, hardworking Americans. This post is our personal opinion based on facts and experience and we will share it on every website that will allow us to.

If this is a brand new vehicle it should still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty (Chevrolet) at "no charge to you". If you don't mind me asking, what kind of issues are you having ???
