there are none....     you have to pull the valve cover and lock the ends of the cams with a cam tool kit..

there are also no key ways in the cam sprockets or on the ends of the cams..  only a slot in the rear...

i have changed the timing belts without loosing the cam timing..  by carefully using a pair of fender washers and a 2 inch long bolt with a wing nut...    (fender washers are large diameter)     you can gently use a washer at the top of the bolt.. one and the threaded end.. with the wing nut at the bottom..   you can keep the cams from turning by gently locking the sprockets with the washers wedged above the center and below the center... DO NOT DENT the sprockets with the washers...

the reason you have to hold them with a pair of washers on a bolt... proper alignment will have the valve springs move one of the cams slightly... there is nothing you can do but hold it..

some tool rental stores will have a cam timing set for rent..

somebody posted the instructions

this is what the ford tools look like...

there are several versions of this tool.....

it locks the sprockets in place like the pair of washers on a bolt... so you can take the belt off without loosing the cam timing..   as long as you don't loosen the sprockets...

i have not measured the long bar above for dimensions    you might be able to use something else and shim it up with feeler gauges..   if you have to take the sprockets off... i would hold the cam up close to the sprocket if possible.. so you don't bend it..  you might also use a torque wrench to retighten the cam bolts..
