Last fall I purchased a new 2008 Honda Accord EXL from an out of town Honda dealer, actually a dealer demo. This summer I noticed some paint chipping from the fender and bumper, revealing black primer. I took it into the local dealer and they thought it could be a paint defect and told me to bring it to their guy who does body and work and assessments for them. The guy could tell right away that bumper and right fender had been changed. Turns out it was in accident!
I am now going after the Honda dealer for a proper repainting of this vehicle. The accident involves replacement of the right fender, the bumper cover and some suspension work.
I think I am entitled to a refund equal the substantial discount that should have been offered, had I known this car was in an accident, but I'm not sure what that discount should be. It's hard to put a number on it. Any suggestions?

wow... did you check car fax... see if the car repair showed up there.. just might have... that would be great to use ...
how many miles were on it when you bought it?????/ under 10... under 50.... it could have been a salesmans car... they get issued a new car once in a while...
does dealer demo... actually mean.. dealer demolition, as in derby..
