Well where to start we have put in a new fuel pump and fuel filter also a new battery but the car still wont start im puzzeled what to do next would love anybodys in put on this thanks

did you change the EFI main relay under the dash board to the left of the steering column..
they go bad... they not only control the fuel injection.. but the fuel pump also....;
look it up at one of the parts store web sites.. so you know what it looks like...
they might call it the efi main relay.. or just the main relay.. they are about 3 times as wide as a normal relay.. they are held inplace with a single bolt... with a 10 mm head.. the wiring connector unplugs... on that model.. it may be brown...
it is the first place to start when hondas have problems...
it does not effect the ability for the starter to spin the crank shaft...
