hi. i have a 1999 toyota 4-runner . my right rear break is locking after it sits a while. once you pop it loose it does fine as long as your moving. it does stick sometimes when you stop at a light. is this the abs or a wheel cylinder sticking. i can fix the wheel cyclinder but dont know much about the abs. if anyone can help i would sure be thankful.
my e-mail is trouble4u59@yahoo.com

I would start with a visual inspection to ensure that none of the springs are broken or damaged(assuming it is a drum system). If all the springs are normal and attached properly then the wheel cylinder is probably seized. An abs problem is usually accompanied by a warning light on the instrament panel.
