I have been having electrical problems with my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee ever since I had the oil changed. While having the oil changed, may not have anything to do with it, maybe it does. After the oil was changed we had to push the button by the rear view mirror to clear the service needed message. Anyway since that time, it will periodically relock doors, switch on park lights, etc. For some reason, it seems to do it less when going at a speed of over 45, but much more when stopped. Also, since it started, it does not allow us to roll up the window on the drivers side with one button pressing. My husband got out of the car to get the mail, but left the car running, and it locked him out. While this sounds funny, he did not find any humor in it at all. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Has anyone had similar problems with their used Jeep Grand Cherokee?

do you have the owners manual????? read some of the chaptors...
i bet there is a program that you activated... that kicks in the keep everything locked .....
there could be other problems... you will need an obd scan tool that reads mopar/ jeep specific codes...
the ecm may control many of those functions// with a computer system in many new cars called CAN...
most obd2 scan tools only read and display emission codes...
