i am cleaning off a rusted metal brace from beneath the dashboard from my car that i am gone to repaint and and used rust dissolver to clean the rust off.the rust dissolver contained phosphoric acid and it left a light film on the metal and i am currently doing the prep work to paint it and was wondering what i could use to clean he film off. the brace has a lot of groves so i can't get it all off by sanding.
