I own a 1999 Nissan Maxima with 92000 miles. When the car is not driven for about a week and the car is started cold I get a loud clatter from the front of the motor comming from the timing chain area. The clatter sounds to loud to be a valve tap, after a couple of minutes the noise goes away and runs great. I am using 5-w-30 oil.
Any advise?
