Hows it goin.. i got into an accident a couple a months ago.. insuraance, but only liability..

i have a very limited knowledge of cars.... i just wanted to know if you could tell from the picrtures what parts under the hood seem to be damaged and if there looks to be a lot of damage to the engine..

btw about a week after the accident i started the car and it started up fine... yesterday i tried to start it and it cut on for a second then cut off,.. so i tried again and it wouldnt cut on.. do any of you know what that means ?

perhaps you cant tell me anything from the pictures but i thought i would give it a shot..

i don't see any damage to the engine...   what i do see is a lot of minor damage ... but most shops are going to total that car...   the car is worth more to them as parts...

take your pictures to  various body shops nearby..  

see what they quote you to fix it...    you might want to take a few more on the drivers side.. and straight down the sides to see if it is bent at an angle...    

it is fixable...   it will take a lot to make it perfect..  but it is possible to make it look good and run...  

oh okay well thanks for the input..

shouldnt be impossible to fins a mechanic here in Los Angeles to do the work for a reasonable price... ill have to start looking sometime this week.
