I'm in desperate need of some expert information.  I have a Honda Civic Sedan EX 2003 with a moon roof  Its black and in good condition with 127,000 miles on it.  Currently I owe 9,000 more dollars on it and have been paying $350.00 a month on it for three years thus far.    Its been a real struggle to keep that car.  In may I was layed off from my job and can hardly afford to meet my own basic needs let alone continue paying on that car.  I am wondering what the chances are of my trading it in with about 1,500 dollars to get into a more affordable car.  I dont have very good credit. It is probably about 4.25 or so.  The cars trade in value is almost 5,000 dollars and its private party sale price is almost 8,000 dollars.  I would rather sell it and owe Honda a 1,000 dollars.  So that I can get a very inexpensive car just to get around locally.  But I dont know if it is possible for me to sell it without having the title.  Does anyone have any suggestions or knowledge concerning this matter...
