I bought a car that I'm not happy with, but I did get it cheap enough that I may be able to sell to a dealer and still make a bit of profit.
From the trade, I received a "Vehicle Transfer and Reassignment Form", "Statement of Facts", and a "Report of Sales". I also have the original title with the application for title transfer on the other side filled out. I was told I needed all the papers to register the car and the back of the title to get it transfered over to my name.
If I plan on selling it right away, do I still need to register the car and transfer the title? Can I do neither and still sell the car to a dealer or maybe only transfer the title without registering for the car?
Thanks

There are ways you can tell this car without having to deal with the paperwork that normally ensues from doing so (some places that will take it have the process down to a mere 20 minutes). You can also get a free car appraisal before you sell your car; that way you can be sure you are getting a good deal and not losing out in any fashion.
