I have a 1995 Dodge Neon with a couple problems I need help with. First, the speedomoter (non-digital) works only intermittently, sometimes it'll work for an hours straight driving and sometimes it'll stay off for that period of time, sometimes also it'll flicker back and forth, especially when riding over bumpy roads. Just today, I discovered that if you press on the instrument cluster where the speedomoter is, it causes the speedomoter to stop working and then start again when you stop pressing it. I thought at first the problem was the speed sensor, but now I wonder if the instrument cluster might need to be replaced.
Second, the right taillight--turn signal, running brake lights and everything--is completely dead. There's nothing wrong with either of the two bulbs in the right taillight, and the fuses for the light aren't blown. Would this indicate that the wire has been worn in two somewhere, or what?
Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a ground problem on both items.

I checked the ground for the light and there's nothing wrong there. Where would the ground for the instrument cluster be?
