Just wanted to give everyone out there a heads up for stolen parts or car.  Here are the details:

License: : 6EOJ790
VIN: WPOABO918JS121360

PorscheStolen@gmail.com
Or LAPD 310-444-0702 - #090622001631

Please email me if you see parts for a 1988 Porsche 911, thanks

All Original Stock, no tint, no special rims, see exterior and interior details

Interior:
All Original black interior, small yellow speck of paint on driver interior door leaather panel, service manual book in Dash. All Porsche carpet. Slight faint scratches upper back seat passenger side back but can be removed by conditioning. No tinted windows, rear view mirror had been adjusted on windshield, not sure if residue is noticeable.

Exterior / Engine
Excellent body condition: all original rims/wheels, original motor with clutch recently done , freshly painted, absolutely no body damage, no dents, no dings, nothing, perfect condition, small nick on passenger side mirror, driver door paint chipped on inner edge (not noticable unless you really look). Porsche " Carrera" emblem on back was moved from top to proper place after being painted so there is some residue on back to where they had it before, but you got to really look. Also if you look at the back bumper strip, on the passenger side you will see a black screw under bumper strip making the strip bulge out a bit (wrong screw used) didn't have a chance to get it changed. Newer tires.

Parked on 1810 Holmby Ave, West LA., 90025
Went missing June 21, Sunday
around 9-11pm

there are over 200,000 cars a year stolen in los angeles county...

where they all go... ????   chop shop...  stripped in somebodys back yards for parts...   porsches usually get chopped up and  the tub left in parts...   when they do that .. the insurance company sells the parts at the auction... with a pink slip... somebody will buy the pile and weld it back together.. put another porsches stolen parts back on it.. and have a 50K car for a few thousand bucks..

other people steel it as they have blown their motor and yours is cheeper to install than getting one rebuilt...

there are also people who sell porsche parts on craigs list...  check it out your self...

there is also a huge market overseas...    they get shipped to asia in "empty cargo containers"    customs catches them sometimes...

they also get driven into mexico and points farther south..

belize is where a lot of cars end up... they don't even bother taking off the U.S plates there...  it is the wild wild west down there...    there are thousands of stolen U.S cars there... but getting them back...

a lot of cars also get tagged...   where someone buys a wreck... or a chopped up tub...  with that pink slip and a vin plate that get moved over... they sell it quick for cash...   the new owner never knowing that it is a stolen car... until the have to pull the back seat for a vin number check...

sorry for your loss...  but you are not alone..

oh... and the there are tow trucks out there that steal cars...  they mark the windshields like they were just out of the impound..   cops never stop them....

this has been going on for decades... in the late 50's... my uncles car was stolen...    the front seat was missing when they got it back...   the dealer happened to have one in stock..   my uncle who worked for ford through it was really strange... thought about the lit cigarette he dropped into the crack of the seat on the way home from the dealership when it was new a few weeks before...   the burn was there.. ..... it was his car seat...  he was totally burned at that...  but that was before car makers put VIN tags on every part of the car...   if the vin stickers on the fenders and hoods are all damaged... you don't want to buy that car...
