i just bought a 2002 a4 audi and a week later once and awhile when i hit the gas slightly it jerks forward a bit. it happens more often when im stuck in traffic goin slow. but when im on the highway and hit the gas it seems to "not catch". the car only has 54k miles. now my check engine lights on! so what do i do?

you have to have a scan tool that can properly talk to the VW and AUDI system...
this one does... and its cheeper than a single trip to the dealership just to get the codes scanned...

i take it that you have read this post...
and have changed your transmission fluid?????? long before it burns the transmission out...
