Need Recommendation - Lexus ES 300(2001) need front brake pads

Hi,

I recently spoke with near-by NTB(near Houston,TX) and they quoted me approx. $180 for Ceramic brake pads with Unlimited warranty on parts and 2 years warranty on labor(including rotor resurfacing). I have around 66000 miles on the car.

Since, this is the first time I am replacing front brake pads, I am looking for some help.

1) Are the Ceramic brake pads the BEST ?
2) What brand of ceramic brake pads I shall be looking for?
3) Is this a GOOD deal or shall I shop more?
4) Shall I get it replaced from a Lexus dealer(and ...pay MORe) or NTB is fine?
5) Anything else you might suggest which is HELPFUL.
