We had purchased it about 6 months ago. Had problems during winter with traction. Took it back to Dealer and they said nothing was wrong. I also had taken it in for poor mileage. they said that was due to being cold. Got sick off the run around and took it here to American Car Care Center. I told them to check it out and they told me that it was so far out of alignment & the tires were really bad. I paid $500.00 for new tires and front and back alignment. It still shook around 20-30 miles per hour. Took it back to Klein in clintonville where we bought it and they said it didn't shake. Took it back to ACCC and they said there was a crack in the front axle. I took it back to Klein and they said again nothing wrong. Had mechanic & owner of ACCC call Klein and tell them what he seen. They took another look at it and say they say the small crack and will repair it but they have assured me it will not change the shake i feel (because remember they say it doesn't)but they are trying to make me happy. I'm really sick of the time, money and energy along with the way these people continue to treat me. What does the 36,000 mile warranty cover - I also called a local Chrysler dealer and they refuse to fix it because I did not buy it there.
What is wrong with this????
