Any one here used these guys.  They are a rip off and need to know if you have a suit against them.  

and another mad customer...    check with your local court to see if there are cases pending..    you have not even listed where you are...

if you live in california... you have recourse.. if they are a licensed shop...

i was just talking to a fellow who had his engine replaced.. he said why did they not change the a/c compressor when the put in the rebuilt motor....    

spark plugs are usually included when an engine is installed..  but you are billed for them... oil and filters...  coolant..  are also the items changed  when the engine is rebuilt...

everything else is optional...  and should be estimated prior to to the approval of the job by the customer...

there is a problem with customers who complain when the parts that have been removed to install the replacement engine are found to be bad and need replacement ...  

there have been almost as long as there have been cars... crooked shops...  that get you in the door with a low bid.. then tell you its going to cost thousands more to get your car fixed and back...  there are also shops that take your car.. and your deposit.. and  you never get your car back..  or your money back...  

but it happens....  sloppy management...  unskilled service writers...   unskilled labor...    some times its all of the above..
