My 06 charger 3.5v6 check engine light came on, I checked the usual things ie,oil level,antifreeze,etc. all seemed good so i decided to take it to the dealer, but before i could, antifreeze temp light comes on and it's overheating and blowing antifreeze mixed with oil out of res.tank. I shut-down and check fluid levels,I'm one quart down on oil. So I'm in the middle of nowhere have to get back home, so I fill water in res.and oil in engine and drive it back. Now there's no antifreeze in the oil,the engine runs perfectly and someone told me that there is a oil cooler in the radiator that coukd be leaking into the antifreeze. I'm thinking it's a blown head gasket or worse. anyway to check either conditions. I think i could fix it myself if i knew the exact cause.
