Car is 1998 Volvo V70 with 2,4L 5 cylinder gas motor.

Engine has a rear seal oil leak-Oil present at vent hole between Engine & Auto Transimssion housing.

Is a split seal avaialble?
What is the Easiest way to change the Seal?

Alternatively are there related issues (bad PCV etc) that can cause this problem.  

Im not familiar with this exact engine but any car from the mid 80's up should have a one piece rear main seal.You have to remove the trans and flywheel to replace it.The seals usually go bad from age and heat but check the pcv also.
