Problem No. 1 I have had a similar problem with 3 vehicles. An '88 nissan pulsar 1800 and a Honda Civic, all fuel injection vehicles. It is as though you are turning the keys on and off. Let up (way up) on the accelerator and it smothes out, or down shift the 5 spd. trans. to bring it up to 2600 or 2700 RPM abnd it smooths out. It is NOT that you just cannot feel the stuttering at higher RPMs. It really stops stuttering. Under acceleration e.g. up a hill, it can jar you in your seat if you don't let up an the gas. With the Nissan Pulsar I had one mechanic tell me that the problem was all 4 spark coils. He charged me for 4 new ones (One on each plug!)and it made NO difference. It must be a common problem, yet none of the local mechanics seem to have see it before. Help Please. Dick
Problem No. 2. My '95 Honda civic runs great. Just don't stop to shop. When we do it cranks over but doesn't start. Come back in 5 or 6 Hrs. and it starts instantly. It has left my wife and me stranded several times so we are afraid to drive it. Help again. Thanks, Dick
