Hi! 1996 Nissan Altima - tail lights/dash/front marker lights fuse keeps blowing. We have taken apart the headlight *** and rid them of any moisture, same with tails. Fuse blows within minutes. Completely clueless.... Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Do you have a trailer hitch installed. You have a short in the wiring somewhere.

You have a short to ground, that is, the positive wire in one of the items is contacting metal on the vehicle. It will most likly be in an outside device and probably not on an interior device. It could possibly be a light bulb socket.

Yea.... I've been checking everything visible for any obvious metal on metal contact... no luck so far. I picked up a Haynes so I could have the wiring diag. Been troubleshooting like crazy, but to no avail as of yet. My girlfriend's car, she just needs it to last 6 more months!
