Sometimes the windows go down, but won't go up. It happens on both the driver's side and the passenger's side.  I have found that if I turn off the key and turn it back on and keep doing this the window will go back up about 1" at a time.

Does anyone know if there is a recall for this problem?

I keep forgetting to mention this to the mechanic when I have my car in for service.

could be a problem in the master switch in the drivers door..

watching the circuit for power while the windows are operated..

could be a loose connection...  power or ground...  a bad relay..   bad solder contacts on the master switch...
