is it still under factory warranty???? take it back to the service department if it is... be sure that they put any codes that they get on the tool... don't just have them tell you its such and such ..
numbers.. for your records.. sounds like a torque converter clutch solenoid or switch problem.. but it could be anything.. i take it that it is an automatic..
if that happens with a standard trans.. you might check the clutch brake master cylinder for fluid level...
post what you find..

they have to order the spark plug and coil pack...???????? those should be in stock at dealers...
do you have a sharpie... some kind of paint marker???? do you know where the coil packs are.??? put a tiny mark on them...
see if they actually change it... not just swap it to another hole... something fishy...
just a thought...

Seems strange, usually that type of shudder is on acceleration or under a load, like when taking off from a stop.
I agree with Wayne, (fishy) a deceleration shake would be a trans issue or like I was thinking, a possible EGR valve problem, The EGR valve will normally open when you let off the gas and coasting to a stop, if it don't close all the way because of a piece of carbon being stuck in there you'll get your shake.
Good Luck at the dealer... you smell fish???
