Radio doesn't work and radio lights pulse on and off after you start the engine... If you just turn the accessories on the radio works fine... No running lights, with the car running or off... All other exterior lights work... Dashboard lights don't work... Speedometer doesn't work... If I open any of the passenger doors there is a relay near the glove compartment that starts clicking... Interior lights on the door are on when the car is running and the doors are closed... they get brighter and dim with the same pulse that the radio lights are blinking, whether or not the radio is on... Interior ceiling lights are also affected... Fuses are all good...

sounds like you should start with cleaning the battery terminals.... then clean the ends of the ground cable at the motor and the body... use a stainless steel tooth brush from the hardware store... you do have to take the bolt out to get it clean..
do you have a digital volt meter???? they are cheep... 5 bucks to 25 bucks.. with the engine running and the head lights on.. set the meter to 20 volt dc scale. test from the negative battery post to the engine block... and from the negative battery terminal to the body... both readings should be less than 0.4 volts... closer to 0.2 volts... you are measuring the difference in voltage.. so if there is no proper connection you will see readings above the numbers posted...
this is where you should start at... this is where most smart mechanics start at... so many things not working seems to describe a power or ground problem.... even if you start changing parts... if the power side or the ground connection is bad... they will not work.... your computer that you posted this with would not work if it was only plugged in on one side ...
post what you find...
