Hey everyone. I am new to this site, I just came across it while trying to find out what might be wrong with my Jeep. It seems pretty informative so I thought I would give it a shot. Here are my issues and thanks in advance for any help.I have two issues with by JGC. First off, there is a loud crashing sound that seems to be coming from the suspension. It only does this during the winter months. I have had it checked out and nobody can find the problem. I leased it before I bought it so I wasn't too worried but now that I own it I would like it fixed.Secondly, just recently I started to notice a ticking sound coming from the driver's side where the windshield meets the hood. The sound is under the hood but in this general area and I have no idea what it is.Is there anywhere I can find a picture of the engine? I think I have pin-pointed the part making the sound but I have to admit - I know absolutely nothing about cars so I don't know what the part is.Everything else is great!!
