2002 stratus.   i have a couple of Symptoms I think they are related. When the car is cold. After driving a short distance. We turn of the key switch what seems to be in the off position, It seems to not want to turn to the off position it stay in the acc. position. The key can not be removed, and when you get in the car to dive it starts ok but you can not take the shifter out of park. The button will not depress on the shifter. after you let it warm up with the heater on in the car. the shifter will release, and the key can be removed. Nether of this problems happen at the same time. Not sure if it’s in the key cylinder, key switch, or the sifter cable that runs from the column to the shifter.
