I don't know if this is the right section but I was turning a corner near my house and didn't slow down enough and slid out of control (It's snowing outside), and my front tire hit the curb and it pushed the tire back into the wheel well, so the tire is pressed up against the wheel well and is nearly impossible to drive. My dad says I should just claim it and cut my losses since it's not an expensive car and says taking it in to get checked would be a waste of time, so my question is would it be a waste of time? Or does is seem like it could be fixable? I just want to get some more opinions before doing any thing. Any help is appreciated...Pictures...Wheel that isn't broken...Broken one...
