Ok i have a 96 Dodge Caravan, When i get in and try to turn it over i get nothing from the engine. However the lights, Radio, and everything else electronical works fine. It has done this once before however it started later that day after i left it alone. I have tried this as well. I called the local garage and they said it could be either my starter or my battery, But was wondering if it could be a starter kill malfunction? I had a car once that that happen all the time you would have to jiggle the gear shifter or steiring wheel for the car to start LOL. Anyway they are towing my car away now. Just wanted to know.

You could have shifted the car to nuetral and tried that if it started then it would have been your park nuetral switch.
