The horn on my Buick Rendezvous doesn't work. I have check the fuses and relays and they check out ok. But I can not find the horn. It should be easy to find but I do not know where it is. Does anyone know where it is? If the problem turns out to be in the steering column, is that hard to fix?

After a few hours of troubleshooting with my Dad, we figured out the same fuse that controls the lighters is the same one that powers the OBDII system
