So I actually have a mechanic friend who works for Toyota. Him along with some friends have tried and tried to remove my crankshaft/pulley. In his own words they have the latest and greatest tools available and they can't get it to budge. They thought they were going to go ahead and bypass removing it by taking a piece off the timing belt cover...When they went to replace timing belt the broke the timing belt tension something (sorry my car jargon is not good)...So now in order for car to be fixed they in fact have to get crankshaft off. They have put heat to it...Pry bars? and the like to no avail.
Any advice?
