'02 Mercury Sable LS - 100K miles mainteinance

I have been offered to buy a Mercury Sable LS from 2002 with nearly 100K miles. It seems a good price and I like the car and the price. BUT I'm not sure about the mainteinance it will need in the next year... I think it may need some important fixes as it will be soon 100K miles. What do you think? Wich are the main fixes it may need during the next year?

I have a 1998 Murc Sable LE. Just did the maint at home very easy to get to all parts and part pricing (with warranty's).All and all the Sable is a great buy i paid 3,900 for mine. What are they asking and find out how far it is from blue book value, and what the maint is going to cost you befor you buy. That way you can bring it up and ask for them to take off some price like 25% of the maint cost. IT WORKS.
