Hello everyone,
I have seen this car twice this summer and loved it. I was never close enough or had time to snap a picture but I think it's distinctive. At least, I hope it's distinctive enough that maybe one of you could identify make/model for me. Thanks in advance!

The best way to describe it is that it looks like a 50s cadillac, a volkswagen beetle and a truck bed had a love child. The front looks like a volkswagen beetle in that it is rounded at the end as opposed to looking rectrangular like many convertibles I've seen while the back on the other hand it flattened out like a truck bed. And something about it, (it might have been that both the ones I saw had white rims?) screams 50s to me. This probably doesn't help but they were both dark blue.

If anyone knows anything about it, that would be wonderful.

Good call J.  I was thinking the same thing from Angels description.  Unfortunately, they don't make them anymore and you'd have to buy used if you wanted one.  Very limited on space.  I drove one on a 3 hour trip to the auction one day and if it wasn't my bosses favorite driver I would have sold it at the auction.  I'm 6'2" so I guess if you are shorter it might be a little more comfortable.

Take care and beware,
J the Car Guy
