I have a 1991 Honda Accord LX that won't start. I replaced the cylinder head and retimed everything. Car started a few times after the new head, but now won't start. The car idled good for a few starts if that helps anyone. I have tested and replaced a few things. The main relay, distrubtor, cap, and rotor are all brand new in trying to fix this issue. It doesn't appear to be getting fire/spark or fuel which is why I replaced the main reply. Is there any relay that would stop the fuel and spark? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You do have a ECM relay, that will shut off both fuel and spark . This relay i believe is under the dash on the drivers side.

Is there anything else that can stop the fuel and fire? I'm at my wits end trying to figure this out and still can't figure out why the car has lost fuel and fire. I've replaced most of the electrical, so I'm not sure what else I'm missing.
