My honda died on me the other day. I was getting ready to head back to work after lunch and it wouldnt start. Nothing. No clicking whatsoever. The only way I could get it to start is buy jumping it off of my van. It took a few minutes before it would actually start to fire up. I had to rev up the engine on the van to get it started. I took the honda up to advance auto and had them test the battery. The battery came up good. It should be anyways because its still only a few months old. I took out my starter and took it up and had it tested as well. The starter was fine. I tested my alternator by getting the honda running by jumping it and then I removed the positive cable from the battery itself. The car still kept on running fine. I drove it around the block a few times. I was hauling ass everywhere and it ran fine. As soon as I got back to the house and shut it off. Nothing. I turn the key and get nothing. I replaced the clucth relay fuse in the fusebox in the engine compartment and that did nothing either. I even tried the battery from my van just to make sure it really wasnt the battery still the same thing. No start. My honda is a manual transmission so I have to have the clutch engaged to start. I have no idea what to try next. Any suggestions?? Thanks alot!

Your car battery terminal might be corroded thus preventing the current from reaching your starter, check out this site All about auto zone it has information similar to your problem.

Check that your battery terminals are perfectly working and they are not corroded
