My fan speed dial will only work on Hi, the other three lower positions will not work. I have checked the fuses inside the van and under the hood, but no luck. What else can cause this problem?

I see this problem often on pretty much all dodge and jeep products, the problem is the blower resistor is shorted internally. What you need to do is remove the glove box and you will find a small module with 1 or 2 connectors. Remove the 2 8mm screws and replace it with a new one. This should take care of your problem.
