New comer for Advice/Recomandation....

I'm looking for a new car and advice or recomandations with these things in mind:
-Price tag approx. $30,000 maybe $20,000 cuz insurance may be pricey.
-No fuel gouging...1.8L to 2.5L perhaps 160HP-220HP
-not decided yet on Transmission Auto/\Manu...perhaps Auto since this is N.A.
-milage 25000Km(16000Miles) - 60000Km(37000miles)
-years :2005/6 - 2009 (depends on make/milage etc. too)
Would be nice if it was sporty, 4 door, and roomy being 6'2 in height. Tinted windows & sunroof would be great too while standard features being good too
Also I want to be conscious with insurance since im only 24.
SOOOO some help or advice anyone knows personally please share...

Nissan Altima, Honda Accord/Civic, Mazda 3/6(maybe)
Subaru Impreza, Acura TSX, Lexus IS250/40/00, Audi A4/Quattro, VW(Im not too familiar with German eng.)  

I just bought an "08 Altima sedan and it is one nice car. The 175hp 2.5L 4 banger has got good gitty up and go. The Altima coupe is a sweet looking car. Looks a lot like a stetched 350Z but gets over 30mpg on the road.
