The truck will run great and then will stall? if you put it into neutral and restart it runs great again. no matter if at idle or highway speeds

I brought this truck to many shops and worked on it myself for a long time being a mechanic. Finally a shop found it the Oxygen sensor Voltage would spike and go haywire for a second or so causing the pcm to change the fuel ratio so drastically it would stall one new 80 dollar oxygen sensor and the 5 month mystery was solved
