I have fuel and spark but it wont crankup. it hit's every now and then but to no avail

Your plugs are probably fouled by now. you said you have fuel, you might not have enough fuel pressure to feed through the injectors you will need to run a fuel pressure test, If fuel pressure is ok i would suggest a compression test. Might have jumped time. Or picked up oil or coolant into the cylinders.
