Hello, the brake lights on my 2000 Chrysler Concord recently stopped working. I checked the fuse, and the fuse works fine, I checked the bulb and it looked fine, the tail lights still illuminate, but when I depress the pedal the brake lights don't go on. The only other problem I could think of is on the brake pedal, the switch that is his when I depress the pedal to turn on the brake lights isn't working properly, I played around with it a little and it was connected fine, and made sure it was working and it seemed fine and the lights still don't come on. What else could be the problem? Would I be better off taking the car in? Thanks.
