I bought a used 1999 dodge grand caravan and have had no major trouble yet except now being the second time this has happened where my check brake light goes off and on while I am driving. My brakes are running fine there is no squeeking or vibration coming from the brakes and my brake fluid level is fine. I drive the van at most twice a weeks to run errands so most of the time it sits in my driveway. Can anyone help me with this? I had my breaks serviced a year and a half ago where I had the drums machined but this problem occured before this. There are days when the check brake light never turns on and others it stays on as soon as I start up the car but sometime later it goes off again. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
