This was my first NEW car ever!!!...Purchase a 2007 Mazda5 Touring package in April 2007 I had engine issues. Bottom line since June 2007 till March 2008. All of my issues were surrounding the transmission on the vehicle. Guess what !! The same transmission that sold me total on the car... June 2007 everything started happening...I took it in to my dealer Jim Ellis on Cobb Pkway, GA. same problem different solutions to the problem per my dealership. They changed everything around the transmission and after my third time they told me it was the transmission itself that needs to be changed.. Now I am really upset, there is nothing they can do to make me happy except fix it as that is in the warrenty. Ok, I took this as they indicated that a new transmission is like having a new engine as the miles on the dashboard is not true and is actually less. Now the last straw was the computer device (which they stated was check and now all of a sudden showed up) has failed and this was changed.

Believe it or not the MAZDA5 has NO value!!!...
my car is 2007 with over 22,000 miles and is worth way less than $14,000. it is not worth purchasing this vehicle new and only used. My dealership wants not to make me happy as I ask if we can subsitute this vehicle for an other due to all my issues which are not little cause without a transmission a car is no use and the value is even less due to all the deffects.

Oh, this makes me wonder if I'm going to advise my sister to buy a Mazda 6.
