I replaced the Distributor Cap, Rotor, Coil, Spark Plug Wires, and Spark Plugs. I've checked all the fuses and none is blown.  The car will crank but not turn over.  I've tested the parts on my friend's identical car and the parts work for his car and he gets a large spark arch from the plug to the metal ground.  I get no such spark.

At this point I am clueless to what else to check.  Any suggestions will help. Please and thank you.
