We have a fully rebuilt 5R55E transmission in our inventory and no one here seems to know what it will fit. We believe it came out of a Ford Ranger, year unknown. I believe this professionaly rebuilt has value, if we can figure out where it can be applied.

Any info or experience from those in the forum will be appreciated.

Ranger 4.0 , 3.0 ,2.5 , 2.3  1997 and up.
Explorer  4.0  2000
Aerostar 4.0 97 and up
Mazda B2300 ,B3000 AND B4000 pick up.2.3,   2.5,  and 4.0
The tag number will have the build date if no tag,  pull the pan and find casting number on the valvebody.,
