I have a 2000 chrysler concorde 2.7l v6 I recently noticed that the PRNDL light stays on even after key is removed, also the steering wheel will not lock I removed the lock cylinder it works in all positions acc.on,run,start but when it's installed back into the steering column the key wont turn to acc. or lock the steering wheel, please help, it's driving me crazy,
