No matter what setting I select all I get is uncontrolable heat . My mechanic is stumped . He replaced the blender door motor and a sensor and it worked 3 or 4 times and then went back to heat only even on the vent or AC setting. Any help would be appreciated .  

It could be a broken blend door. They are plastic and were the actuator connects to the door , they will break off of door.  

Must be a broken blend door. Check this first, then update us on what happened.   You don't know if you have to replace the whole A/C itself like what I did with my BMW 525i a/c condenser when it got the similar symptoms.
