For sale is a Chilli Red MINI Cooper S. It has the Sports Package and Premium Package and Auto Transmission. Chrome line interior and Chrome line exterior with Chrono Cockpit package and Harmon-Kardon sound system as well. It has $400 Pirelli tires each 205*45*R17, Asking $23,000. Can anyone tell me if this car which was bought in Florida and all customized prior to arriving will meet emmisions in California or at least tell me how to find it out? Thanks...
