I need some guidance on changing the EGR tube on my 2003 Ford Focus.  I also want to make sure I'm getting the correct part.  This is for my kids car and it sounds like a lumber wagon.  At first, I thought they had a hole in their muffler but had someone tell me it was the emission tube.  I couldn't find emission tube anywhere on the internet for their car so called a Ford dealer and they said it sounded like the EGR tube, so I ordered that part, but not sure where it is located or how to change.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

the part number is YS4Z9D477AJ.  I just went to Midas yesterday and they said mine needs to be replaced on my 2003 ford focus. They want 184.98...I'm hoping I can get it done cheaper!  

It is an easy fix. You can buy the part at autozone cheaper. I have a 2002 that I just changed they will show you where its at and how to change it.
